Kumejima - Japan

This is my version of Kumejima or Kume Island, which is part of the Okinawa Islands in the Pacific Ocean.

Based on Google Earth images this map is hand-made to look and feel like the real island.

What makes this map stand out is that there are several highways and railroads that exit Kumejima through a tunnel which goes all the way to the map edge to two tiny islands in the distance. I wanted to add more than 1 map connection for roads and railroads but still create a realistic looking and esthetically pleasing island.

These tunnels on both sides can be altered in-game but not in the map editor. Unless you make your own tunnel assets, since we can't make tunnels inside the map editor. , if you also subscribe to the awesome Map Editor Tunnel mod by BloodyPenguin http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=645390478&searchtext=tunnel+map+editor you will also be able to edit the tunnels yourself in the mapeditor.

Outgoing connections:
- 3 in+out highways
- 3 railroads
- 4 boat and 4 airplane connections
